Pay By Check:
- please include the invoice number and/or date of service on your payment
- make your check payable to:

Pay online with a credit card through your patient portal account.
Navigate to the "Billing" page in your account, and pay the appropriate invoice(s).
Pay using PayPal or Credit/Debit Card
If you are having any problems making a payment, please call the office.
REFUNDS:
We understand that sometimes people make mistakes. If you accidentally made a payment, or overpaid,
please contact the office manager and a refund will be issued either back to your credit card or via check.
